I have done to you all, users of Newsgroups, a script called 'Better Usenet' (it's a script in javascript for Greasemonkey extension for Firefox) that adds useful features to Binsearch!
The functionality of the script 'Better Usenet':
- Free configuration script through a dedicated interface
- English and French
- Automatic check for updates to the script
- Added new buttons 'Select All' and 'Deselect All'
- Added button 'NZB' on each result to download NZB file associated (as on NZBINdex)
- Adding a button to do the same search on NZBIndex.nl
- Staining of columns Age and / or Groups if correspondence with your choice of Binnewz (test to see rendering)
- Modification of each search result (eg: removed the checkbox and pressing 'NZB' Binsearch indicates if a password)
- Automatic search on all groups indexed by Binsearch
- And other very useful tips here and there
)
The script 'Better Usenet' can also be used with Binnewz and NZBIndex!
